Located at Falésia Beach in Albufeira - Portugal, the holiday apartment “AE Flat Falésia” has everything needed for a comfortable stay. The 67 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a well-equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and can accommodate up to 4 people. On-site amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a washing machine, an electric kettle, a dishwasher, a fridge with freezer, LED TV, hairdryer, iron and ironing board. The highlight of the apartment is its private outdoor area with 2 balconies and a barbecue. In addition, there is a shared outdoor area with a fenced pool, a garden and an outdoor shower. Free street parking is available. Guests can use the entire apartment. The bathtub cannot be used as a hot tub. Families with children are welcome. There is an elevator in the building.

Tourist tax:

Payment of the tourist tax in the municipality of Albufeira is mandatory in accordance with regulation no. 488/2024 and non-compliance is subject to a fine.
